What this directory is
A list of roofing companies with their name, address and phone number, organised by city, alongside written guidance about hiring for the trade.
What it is not, stated plainly:
- Not a recommendation. A listing is not an endorsement, a rating, or a statement that a company is any good. We publish contact details; judging the company is your job.
- Not vetted. We do not check licences, insurance, references or work quality before publishing. Where the state licenses roofing, the city page names the board so you can check a contractor yourself, and you should.
- Not a broker or agent. We are not party to anything you agree with a roofer. Contracts, payments, disputes and work quality are between you and them.
- Not involved in your insurance claim. Storm and hail work is often paid through a claim. We have no part in it, we do not assess damage, and nothing here should be read as a view on what an insurer ought to cover.
Enquiries
Phone numbers shown on listing pages are the businesses’ own, and calling one reaches that company directly.
Where the site offers a quote or enquiry form, that works differently. Details submitted through such a form are passed to roofing businesses serving your area so they can respond, and businesses may pay for access to those enquiries. More than one company may contact you about a single enquiry. Only submit one if you are happy to be contacted on that basis. What happens to those details is set out in the privacy policy.
Accuracy of listings
Listings are compiled from each company’s own website and were correct at the collection date recorded against them. Businesses move, change numbers and close. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete or correct, and you should confirm details with the business before relying on them.
The guidance pages — licensing summaries, price ranges, hiring advice — are general information, not professional advice. Roofing licensing is not uniform, and the guidance says so: some states issue a roofing-specific licence, some license nothing and leave it to the city, and in those states there is no register to check. Rules change, only the issuing authority is authoritative, and where none exists the checks described on a city page are the substitute rather than a guarantee. Price ranges are national figures for 2026 and are not quotes.
If it is your business
Free listings carry name, address and phone. You can claim a listing to manage it, correct anything wrong, or have it removed entirely. Removal requests are honoured without conditions.
If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that you are entitled to act for that business and that the details are accurate. Submitted listings are reviewed before publication, and we can decline or remove anything we believe to be inaccurate, duplicated or misleading.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Featured placements
Featured placement is the paid upgrade. It adds a website link, a description and photographs to your listing, and places it above the free listings on your city page.
- It changes where your own listing appears. It does not change anyone else’s. Free listings are ordered the same way for every business, and paid placement never reorders or suppresses them.
- It is placement, not endorsement. A Featured listing is marked as such and carries no implication that we rate the business more highly.
- Fees, terms and duration are shown at checkout before payment.
- Featured status can be withdrawn without refund if a listing breaks these terms — for example if it turns out to misrepresent the business.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-copy the directory, submit listings for businesses you have no authority over, submit false details, or attempt to interfere with the site.
Removals and complaints
Anyone can ask for a listing to be taken down and we will do it. If you believe something here infringes your rights or is defamatory, tell us what and why, and we will look at it promptly.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on a listing or on the guidance here, from dealings with any business found through the site, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes when they do.
